From the mouths of babes, a fitting description of the Eye and Ear Hospital

12yo and I were rehashing the events following the unfortunate insertion of an agapanthus stalk into his cornea, including the atrocious treatment we got at the local eye and ear hospital, when he says, "They're like, the opposite of O'brien."

Huh?

Apparently, O'brien are really, really good at car windscreens and that's all they do. Whereas the Eye and Ear hospital only does eyes and ears, but they're really really BAD at it.
